Join the crew
SquadFlight is building the first indoor micro-FPV drone gym in Las Vegas. We are looking for pilots, builders, teachers, and organizers who want to help shape the culture from day one. Every role is a real seat at the table.
Drone Technician — TinyWhoop Fleet Maintenance
SquadFlight is looking for a hands-on, dependable Drone Technician to keep our TinyWhoop fleet (10–30 drones) Ready-To-Fly for regular weekly flying sessions. This is a maintenance and readiness role first — we're looking for someone we can count on to show up and get the job done, not necessarily someone who already knows every quirk of our fleet on day one. If you're reliable and willing to learn, we'll train you on the rest. Down the line, this role may expand to include customer drone repairs as that side of the business grows.
STEM Program Director
SquadFlight is building a STEM education program around drone flight, electronics, and FPV technology, and we're looking for a STEM Program Director to lead it. This role sits at the intersection of two goals: generating revenue through paid classes and camps, and building community and visibility for SquadFlight. Both matter equally — this isn't a "just teach the kids" role or a "just market the brand" role, it's both. The scope of curriculum ownership is still being defined, and we're open to shaping it around the right candidate: if you come in with existing STEM/drone curriculum experience, you may help design the program from scratch; if you're more of a strong program-runner, you may focus on delivering and refining a curriculum we build together early on. Either way, expect to have real input into what this program becomes.
