Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your full first term is paid when you join. Your next standard billing executes at your billing period duration plus 14 days.

Cancel within 14 days of joining and that payment is refunded in full — 100%, automatically, back to the card you paid with.

Not flying for a while but want to keep your place? Hold My Number downgrades your membership to a $5/month maintenance charge. It revokes facility access, and it locks your member profile, your assigned callsign and your historical tenure so nothing is lost and nobody else takes your number.

Pause a Month ($0) — pushes your bill date back by exactly one month.

Hibernate ($0) — skips one quarterly cycle.

Pauses do not shorten your tenure or release your callsign.

All physical hardware — Starter Bundles, replacement frames, motors — and consumable vending parts are final sale and non-refundable. If something arrives faulty, contact us and we will help with the manufacturer warranty.

Once cancelled, your benefits remain in effect until the end of your current billing period expires. There is no partial-period refund outside the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee window.

Individual paid sessions and ready-to-fly kits follow the session terms on our Terms of Service page — that policy is unchanged by this membership policy.
