Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist, we collect only what the form asks for:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it (optional)
• How you found us — read from the link you arrived on (for example a campaign tag on an ad link). This is not tied to any third-party tracking profile.
• The date you signed up, whether you agreed to text messages, and the version of this policy that was live at the time

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or profiling. This site loads no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tag manager, and no third-party trackers. The only browser storage we use is a temporary note of which link you arrived from, held for the length of your visit.

To tell you when SquadFlight opens, to release Founders spots to the waitlist before the public, and to answer you if you get in touch. That's it. We don't use your details for anything you didn't sign up for.

We only text you if you ticked the box asking us to. That box is never pre-ticked and is never required to join the waitlist. Reply STOP to any message to stop them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make the waitlist work — our email delivery provider and our hosting/database provider — and only so they can deliver our messages and store our records on our behalf.

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is retired and the pilots on it have been contacted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record that you opted out so we don't accidentally email you again.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Beyond that, you can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your details entirely
• Stop emailing or texting you

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which, as above, we don't do. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email hello@squadflight.com. We'll confirm within a few days and complete it within 45 days.

The waitlist is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian lets us know we have, we'll delete it.

If we materially change how we handle your information — for example if we ever add analytics or advertising trackers — we'll update this page, bump the version number at the top, and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.
