Sin City FPV IS BACK!
This is the 4th event in our 2nd/4th Sunday series. Please note that we have moved to the WB Bennett RC Airfield. This is across town, address below. This venue has designated pit areas without power, clean porta potties.
We are looking for 2 more volunteers to help set up and tear down the track. Please shoot a note to Micaiah ( micaiahf@gmail.com ).
Overview:
No race or other fees for this event.
Racers: We are excited to be running regular racing events again. This Sunday we will have a race timer & heats setup. We are working up to a full elimination style racing event, for now it is timed racing, with heats. The best lap time wins.
Fastest single lap wins the day!
Not ready to race?
You are still very welcome. Come hangout with the FPV community and see what these events are all about. Got tech issues, someone is likely around that can help. Just ask!
Rules:
Pilots must have proof of their AMA membership.
Open. Most pilots are on 5-inch racers, open class.
Flying after dusk: Bring LEDS (Might be some to purchase there if needed.)
Please arrive with your video transmitter at no more than 25 mW output power.
Channels will be assigned via MGP RSVP, please set your channel before arriving.
Note that your VTX channel could be updated upon arrival.
When we have rookie pilots or first timers, please help them out!
Itinerary:
4pm: Registration & track practice
4:30pm: First Heat
7:45pm: Last Heat
7:55pm: Winner Announced!
8:00pm: Track tear-down

At the S. Broadbent BLVD & E. Copper Creek PKWY intersection you will see a sign for the W.B. Bennett Airfield.
