All are welcome at this open gym time.
The Las Vegas Radio Control Flyers club, has worked with Clark County to get the community some open-flight time. This small gathering of RC flight enthusiasts is open to everyone.
There isn't a specific limit to what you fly. Please be smart, small indoor aircraft are best here.
The group regularly flys these models:
- Tiny Whoops - FPV Quads
- Veeniix V995 Red Mini Drone
- Blade Inductrix
- HobbyZone Sport Cub - Plane
- HobbyZone UMX line - Fixed Wing
- Foam fixed wing
- Small helis
- Any model that can safely fly in a gym
Some flyers that folks use are on this wishlist: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3DWT2NGE5BYTY?ref_=wl_share
The group is calm, and very welcoming.
Not our event — just passing it along
This one is run by another group in town. We list it so local pilots know it is happening. Signups, seats, gear and house rules are all theirs.
How to join
No RSVP needed for this one — just show up. Save the date and roll in.
